AndreaGems in Chicago has just launched a new jewelry collection called “Architecture” featuring fine and sterling silver, with accents of 14 karat gold and scatterings of precious gems.
Each piece of jewelry has a linear or sinuous, wavy feel. The collection was inspired by some of Chicago’s most famous buildings and architects, most significantly Frank Lloyd Wright. “He was such a controversial person,” says Andrea Marshall, the talent behind AndreaGems, “ but he left an enduring legacy that is recognized around the world.”
Andrea travels around the world on many of the most prestigious cruise ships showcasing AndreaGems jewelry, such as Celebrity, Silversea, Crystal, Regent and Norwegian cruise lines to name a few. “There is a lot of curiosity about Chicago wherever I travel for a lot of reasons, so I thought it was about time to create a jewelry collection to honor the city I love.”
